I came across this photo while searching the internet. This is WENT Landfill at Nim Wan, the Largest landfill site in Hong Kong.
Just imagine this one. What if this continues to grow? Not only in Hongkong but worldwide? What will happen to Earth? There is a saying " As long as there are people on the planet, there will be garbage."
I remembered watching WALL-E ( Waste Allocation Load Lifter ), left all alone compacting trash.

Yah, I watched Wall-E, its very touching. also its very inspiring..
Thats is a bad news.. But our engineering and environment dept. is now working on landfills and converting it to waste energy..
