Lanky Ann Ward, the 6-foot-2 teen from Dallas who was mocked for her height in school and was plagued with self-doubt in her quest to model was named the 15th "America's Next Top Model." She beat the blonde Chelsey Hersley, 23, of Boise, who had come into the season with more competition and determination, and wasn't hampered with shyness the way Ward, 19, sometimes was.
