TIP#3: Set Up Your Blog and Profile: How to Use Social Media

Now that finished creating your blog, its time to set up and put some taste to look good and feel good.

Templates

For hosted blogs, there are so many templates online that you can choose from. Experiment with different designs and see what's the best for your blog. One very important advice, it's not because you have so many links to put that you have to use 3 to 4 column layout or it's not because your favorite color is blue or pink that you need to use those colors. You must match the color and theme with your blog and your  topics. 

Blog Profile

Give some introduction about yourself. If its organization about the organization or business. Although not necessary at all times but it give more personal touch to your readers if there a little information about you or your business in your site. 

Widgets & Plugins

For widgets and plugins - again these are available inside the blog platforms. Just explore your functions and you will find the widgets there. This is also available online just search widgets in google and you will find hundreds available. But now all widgets and plugins are applicable to all blog platforms. There are restrictions and limitations like you can use one widget to Blogger but cannot be used in WordPress something like that. 

Most important, I know you can place whatever widgets you want in your blog site because they're free, but try to limit the number of widgets. Too much will not do good.Too little or nothing is also not good because that means you are not making any positive way in attracting readers.
